I didn’t “fall” into this industry, I was born into it.
I’ve been in salons since I was twelve, sweeping floors and watching owners drown in stress, debt, and drama. Same story, different postcode. Brilliant stylists. Terrible business owners.
Since then, I’ve done it all — educator, rep, coach, consultant and I've help 1000s of salon owners over the years build profitable businesses and also worked with one of the best business coaches in the world.
I’ve seen the industry from both sides: the glossy brand boardrooms and the backroom chaos. And you know what? Most of it’s smoke and mirrors.
